Dr. Harishchander (Harish) Madhav is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist Located in Boynton Beach, Florida, serving patients from throughout the Palm Beach County and neighboring counties of Broward, Dade, Martin Saint Lucie and Orange counties and also from other states as patients seek him out after hearing from other extremely satisfied patients about successful and caring treatment they received from him. Dr. Madhav provides a variety of services including minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic surgeries for pelvic tumors and cysts, treatments for genital prolapse, urinary incontinence, infertility, abnormal pap smears, and pelvic pain. He is expert in complex gynecological issues related to menstruation pelvic pain and menopause. Also patients seek him out for treatment of conditions and symptoms relating to PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries).
Dr. Madhav earned his medical degree at Seth G.S. Medical College in Bombay, India. He then completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He also earned a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Southern Florida, Tampa. Dr. Madhav is a member of the American Urogynecology Society, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association, and the Palm Beach County Medical Society. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Madhav is dedicated to providing the best possible care to his patients. He stays abreast of the latest innovations in robotic and laparoscopic surgical techniques and other developments in obstetrics and gynecology to help his patients achieve the best possible health outcomes. To achieve this goal of keeping up with the progress in the field, for continuing education, among several other meetings every year he has attended the Annual Clinical meeting of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists every year since 1989.

Our care includes delivering patients as well as providing conservative and if needed surgical care for conditions such as Irregular and/ or heavy periods, pelvic pain, pelvic tumors including ovarian cysts & uterine fibroids, genital prolapse, abnormal pap smears, infertility, family planning and contraception, gynecologic endocrine conditions such as PCOS, Hirsutism etc. We provide latest treatment options and technologies to our patients.
We have an excellent and exclusive Preventive Medicine program for Women and we specialize in Pre-Conception Counseling and Health Optimization for women intending to conceive and plan pregnancy.
We have special interest in Urogynecology and we provide for different testing & treatment options for our patients bladder health needs. Comprehensive urodynamic testing for female urinary incontinence and other bladder health issues.
We offer minimally invasive surgery including Robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy and other procedures.
To reduce cost to our patients and avoid hospital deductibles, we do several procedures and tests in the office, including, but not limited to, the following:
Pelvic ultrasounds both Gynecologic pelvic and Obstetrical. For patients with abnormal pap smear and cervical dysplasia, we do Colposcopy and biopsies, cryosurgeries, as well as LEEP cone biopsies in the office. For women with irregular vaginal and post menopausal bleeding, we do endometrial biopsies, Hysteroscopy and D&C in the office. We perform Endometrial ablation, Essure Hysteroscopic sterilization, Myosure treatment of fibroids, in office We do in-office procedures for treatment of genital warts in women.
